The world is going through a new period. The global problems of our time represent a united, dynamic system that is constantly changing its condition. This system is open, not locked, since it can include newly emerging problems of the universal human significance, and the previous ones can disappear as long as they are solved. The humanity has encountered many problems which have "tangled each other like the tentacles of a giant octopus, enveloped the entire planet ... the number of unresolved problems is constantly increasing, they are becoming more difficult to solve, their tanglement is becoming more complicated and "They are squeezing the planet in their grip with increasing force." Will humanity be able to solve all these issues? Will it manage? Do we have strength to correct our mistakes?

These difficulties affect different areas of people's lives. However, the relevance and power of art remains unchanged. Why is art especially important in the context of actualization of problems? Artists will demonstrate the viewers, that - despite of, or perhaps, due to extraordinary circumstances - we are strong and unbreakable. Let the world know we are still strong.
